This course will focus on testing and reporting of standard of care predictive markers and tissue-agnostic markers in breast cancer. Less common diagnostic uses will also be covered.

  • Identify genetic alterations that predict response to targeted therapy in breast cancer
  • Explain some of the challenges in testing and reporting of these genetic alterations
  • Describe how other alterations may have diagnostic utility in breast cancer
