Circulating cell-free DNA (cfDNA)-based testing
is rapidly becoming an integral part of oncology care. Technical advances
are allowing detection of a range of genomic alterations for diagnosis,
prognosis, treatment selection and disease monitoring to support unique patient
care needs at different stages of the care cycle. An evidence-based framework
is important in evaluating tumor type and biomarker specific evidence for
clinical applications. This presentation will include discussion on existing
and emerging clinical and technical applications of cfDNA tumor tests.
1. Evaluate existing evidence for clinical liquid biopsy applications in oncology.
2. Discuss emerging applications of ctDNA testing in oncology practices.
3. Develop strategies to evaluate different genomic alterations using cfDNA.
