This webinar describes the current makeup of the U.S. federal government including a recap of the 2020 election results, subsequent changes in Congressional leadership, new Administration appointments, and other updates of relevance to AMP members. Additionally, the presentation provides an overview of anticipated legislative priorities that will be considered in the new Congress, such as efforts to modernize the regulation of laboratory developed testing procedures (LDPs), as well as the Biden Administration's plans for the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic response. An overview of how AMP members may participate in policy is also provided. The question and answer session is also included in this recording.Learning Objectives:

- Discuss how to engage with AMP on policy issues and efforts.
