In this webinar, we will review the application of cell-free DNA to define the sources of tissue injury that are associated with the different COVID-19 manifestations. We will also examine the tissue injury patterns to identify COVID-19 patients who will develop severe disease and complications

  • Describe the components of Cell-free DNA (cfDNA), and its dynamics in health and disease.
  • Describe the utility of cell-free DNA to identify early stages of disease before clinical manifestations develop
  • Identify challenges, and list possible solutions, unique to cfDNA assay validation.
  • Discuss the unique advantages and disadvantages of alternate sources of cfDNA.
