The practice of Molecular Pathology is continuing to grow in size and scope. This creates the need to more rapidly parse through complex datasets in order to scale the analysis and interpretation of genomic data. One of the approaches to this problem is to provide enhanced data visualization at multiple steps within the testing pipeline. This session will detail some of the common and newer tools used in data visualization. Specifically, it will provide examples of how these tools were implemented and how they led to novel insights that may have otherwise been missed.
