The European Society of Pathology has a working group devoted to Molecular Pathology. This WG collaborates with several European Organizations and projects. The WG's main goal is to increase reproducibility not only for diagnosis but also for clinical research performed directly in today patients. The issues developed are pre-analytics of clinical material, standardization of methods, evaluation of intra-tumor heterogeneity and training.
